New York Climate Week: What to check out on Saturday

New York, New York - Art leads the way at the New York Climate Week on Saturday, showing you different perspectives on climate change and what can be done about it.

Get your art on in Battery Park at 10 AM EST with Drawing in the Park.

Grab your paint, brushes, pens, and pencils and join other artists for a creative climate-focused outdoor session.

The organizer, Battery Park City Authority, will provide drawing paper and watercolor paper.

Starting at 10 AM, join The Climate Fresk team for a playful lesson in climate change science.

The team runs participants through a virtual workshop to introduce you to the ways different parts of the climate interact.

The Global Women's Assembly for Climate Justice starts at 1 PM and is your stop for hearing from grassroots, indigenous, frontline women leaders.

They focus on the solutions, strategies, and plans that can deal with climate issues that have more than one cause.
