Columbia, South Carolina – South Carolina police arrested a teacher's aide for allegedly having sex with his dog and harboring a hard drive full of child pornography.

Kindergarten teacher's aide Kevin Christopher Billups was busted by police on Tuesday after they were sent a video link of the man having sex with his Great Dane.

After obtaining a warrant to search the alleged offender's house, police also found a hard drive stocked with photos and videos of child pornography.

The New York Post reported that Billups had been working as a teachers aide at Lonnie B. Nelson Elementary School in Columbia since 2012. He was arrested at the school, but police say no students saw the arrest take place.

Investigators uncovered evidence that linked Billups to the sex video while searching his home, where they also found a hard drive with over 900 images and videos of child pornography.

The school's principal, Twanisha Garner, told the New York Post that her and other staff members of the school were disgusted by the evidence collected at Billups' home, saying "As you can imagine, we are very disturbed by the charges and are cooperating fully with law enforcement."

As for Billups' future at the elementary school, Garner said he had been placed on administrative leave.

He is now facing eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and having sex with his dog.
