Pups to the rescue! Precious Ukrainian puppies provide shelter for furry friends

Ukraine - In hard times, it's always nice to know you have friends looking out for you, just as this bunch of precious pups did for newborn kittens.

Amid such chaos and utter destruction, being reminded that there is still goodness in the world goes a long way.

This is particularly true when said goodness is encompassed by puppies and kittens teaming up to offer one another shelter, security, and love.

On Sunday, TikTok user Yaroslav Lutsishin posted a video about "the world of life", showcasing small puppies atop a pile of rubble in Ukraine.

Nearly 20 seconds into the video, the puppy pile deconstructs and reveals the hidden reason they were preciously piled up in the first place: kitten love.

That's right – these tiny balls of pup-loving fluff weren't just huddled together for warmth, but rather to protect a litter of teeny tiny newborn kittens and their mother.

After the big reveal, it's impossible to not just internal scream "awww" and it seems that others feel the same way.

One user commented, "The time when animals are better than people!!!! Strength in unity! PEACE and LOVE to all," while another wrote, "even animals unite, that's how it should be now."

There's no denying everything about both the puppies and kittens is adorable, but what's even more noteworthy is how Lutsishin tends to the animals.

In the comments, one person commended his actions, saying, "Thank you for being good to them." Another chimed in to say, "You are a very good person, I hear you talking to dogs and I am glad that we have such sensitive, kind people."
