Cuernavaca Morelos, Mexico - So far, Daniel Garcia has spent over $4,700 modifying his body. From a split tongue to tattooed eyeballs and gums, there's nothing off limits for the Mexico native. Now, he's moved on to his privates, getting beads implanted – all for his girlfriend's pleasure.

Over the last four years, Garcia has tattooed his body more than 150 times, eyeballs included. But his most painful body modification wasn't in the form of ink or even cutting his tongue and ears.

Rather, it was the implantation of silicon beads into his genitals that pushed him to a new level of agony he had yet to experience.

After getting more than 75% of his body covered in ink, Garcia started taking an interest in other, more extreme changes. After getting his tongue split in 2016, then cutting it further in 2020, Garcia told Metro that he became curious about work that he could get done on his nether regions.

"I became curious about genital implants as well as cropping of the ears to give myself a unique look."

At the beginning of 2021, Garcia opted into the painful procedure of getting silicon beads implanted into his genitals. The draw with this modification was that it would allow him to stay "hard" even without an erection.

He admitted that this procedure wouldn't be about aesthetics like his others, but rather for the satisfaction of his girlfriend, saying: "Although I won't receive any pleasure from the genital beading, my partner will."

Although his body modifications usually come from disapproving looks in public, it's almost certain that his new implants will receive much praise in the privacy of his bedroom.
