A dramatic dog named Bernie took TikTok by storm when he had a nightmarish experience at the veterinarian for a nail clipping.

This video by @courtbabort shows a hysterical pug named Bernie who is not too fond of getting his nails trimmed.

Despite being sedated, Bernie remained highly distressed and struggled to get away from the clippers.

The vet and his assistants tried their best to soothe the poor pug, but his fear persisted.

TikTok users couldn't get over the theatrical doggy, with one user commenting, "hahahahahaha he screams like a girl."
