Pumpkin has the same interests as most other cats: he loves running around the house, cuddling with his human, and taking long naps. But there is one very special quirk that makes this kitty stand out.

The little rescue cat loves to play hide-and-seek in his family's house – and he has one special hiding place: under the bath mat.

But he isn't picky: he'll also hide underneath towels or tote bags on the ground and spy on his family from under cover.

"He’ll hide under a bag that is much smaller than him and act like you can’t see him," his owner, Hannah Dordick, told The Dodo.

Dordick doesn't know where Pumpkin picked up this strange habit, but she doesn't mind. After all, what could be cuter than the sight of this little kitty burrito!

"Pumpkin is a nutball, but also the sweetest little man," Dordick said, adding that he "seems to be happy almost all the time."

"Adopting Pumpkin put the light back into my life," she continued. "His love and snuggles made everything better."

Fortunately, Dordick has always managed to find the cheeky cat, despite his plethora of sneaky hiding places.
