Los Angeles, California - Black Adam star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's mother, Ata, is thankfully on the mend after being involved in a terrifying car accident.

On Thursday, the actor revealed on Instagram that his 74-year-old mother was involved in a scary car crash and shared a pic of her red Cadillac Escalade that was damaged and mangled from the incident.

In the caption, the former wrestler told users that his mom is "okay" is currently being evaluated after the accident that took place on Wednesday evening.

"Thank you God she's ok," he began under the post.

"Angels of mercy watched over my mom as she was in a car crash late last night. She'll survive and continue to get evaluated."

The Fast and Furious alum, who's father, Rocky, passed way in 2020, didn't reveal any details about the crash, but he did call his mother a "survivor," noting that she overcame "lung cancer, tough marriage, head on collision with a drunk driver and attempted suicide."

The 50-year-old star also thanked the LAPD & LAFD for "being so caring & focused."

"I got one parent left, so if you still got your mom and dad make sure you hug'em hard, cos you never know when you’ll get that 3am call we never want to get."

Hopefully, The Rock's mom has a speedy recovery!
