Los Angeles, California - Did Eva Mendes just accidentally confirm that she is secretly married to Ryan Gosling?

The super private celebrities have never been very forthright with the status of their long-standing romance.

Yet, the 48-year-old actor may have unintentionally just let the cat out of the bag!

While speaking to Channel Nine's Today in Australia, Mendes may have let slip she is actually married to The Notebook actor.

The Ghost Rider star was speaking about her charity work with the outlet when she casually referred to the 42-year-old hunk as her "husband."

"Everyone is so welcoming here and my husband Ryan is here, and we are having the best time," she told the hosts per Yahoo.

This wouldn't be the first time Mendes, or should we say Mrs. Gosling, has somewhat alluded she was married to the La La Land actor.

The marriage rumors between the pair really began last Wednesday when the Hitch star posted a snap of her new tattoo on Instagram which read, "de gosling."

She also tried to play coy during her interview with Australia's The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

When the hosts asked if she was a married lady, Mendes tried to play it cool: "But who says we weren't already. I like to keep it all mysterious. I'm a very mysterious woman."

Gosling and Mendes have been together since 2011 and are parents to daughters Esmeralda and Amada.

Since the two are so good at keeping secrets, there's a good chance that the couple are already husband and wife – but we'll be on the lookout for more subtle clues that Mendes may drop!
