For all of Health and Human Services (HSS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s latest political decisions, health directives, policies, and controversies, TAG24 NEWS is here with the most up-to-date information.

RFK Jr. is HHS Secretary in President Donald Trump's second administration, after joining the president's 2024 election campaign after failing his own bid for the top job. After grilling at the hands of the Senate Confirmation Committee, Kennedy was confirmed in a 14-13 vote and assumed office on February 13, 2025.

The son of Senator and former Presidential-candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1968, RFK Jr. is running the HHS and its related agencies and has chaired the "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) Committee.

A known vaccine skeptic and conspiracy theorist, RFK Jr. has promoted the disproved claim that there is a causal link between vaccines and autism. In office, he fired all 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices and replaced them with people loyal to his cause. He has overseen one of the biggest outbreaks of measles in recent American history, and has axed many of his critics within the administration.
